episode seven: ferme fiola farm

welcome to the seventh episode of from field to skin! i am so excited to introduce my beautiful friend christel lanthier to you today. christel and her husband joey fiola run their family farm, ferme fiola farm, in southeastern manitoba with their three kiddos, about 50 sheep, guardian llamas and great pyrenees, and some barn cats, chickens, and rabbit. we recorded this episode on the farm in september 2018.

for those of you interested, the original rideau arcotts were a mix of finn, suffolk, and east friesian sheep.
